Marbella Dinner Show – Marbella Club Privé

The event is organised by Marbella Club Privé, operated by Decotrading BV (Belgium), hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”.
The Marbella Dinner Show is a live entertainment event including a seated dinner and live performances at Magna Marbella / Magna Hotel, Marbella, Spain. Dates are as stated on the ticket confirmation.
Tickets must be purchased via the official website or authorised platform. A booking is confirmed once full payment is received. Tickets are electronic and valid for one person only. The Organiser may refuse entry if tickets are duplicated or fraudulently obtained.
Ticket prices include live performances, seated dinner, and drinks package where applicable. Prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT where required.
Seating is allocated by the Organiser. Specific seats cannot be guaranteed unless VIP or reserved seating is booked. Group bookings will be seated together where possible.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled by the Organiser or if the headline artist cancels without suitable replacement. In case of cancellation, a full refund of the ticket price (excluding transaction fees) will be issued. If postponed, tickets remain valid. No refunds for travel, accommodation, or personal circumstances.
The Organiser is not liable for cancellation or modification due to circumstances beyond control including government restrictions, natural disasters, public health measures, or artist illness. The event may be rescheduled.
The Organiser may change programme, timing, menu, or supporting acts without notice. Such changes do not entitle refunds.
Smart casual or elegant dress code may apply. The Organiser may refuse entry to intoxicated or disruptive guests. No outside food or beverages allowed.
Guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless they inform the Organiser in writing before the event.
Attendance is at own risk. The Organiser is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury unless caused by proven negligence.
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used only for event purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to Belgian courts unless mandatory local law applies.
